zenon Basic Training (UK) | 3 days

In the zenon Basic Training, you will learn the zenon Software Platform fundamentals. You will learn how to engineer zenon projects using the zenon Engineering Studio. We will introduce you to the best practices in project configuration with zenon. The training is interactive and delivered in a workshop style.

Prerequisite:

- zenon: No prior knowledge necessary

- Windows: Basic knowledge is required

- Automation: Basic knowledge is an advantage

Day 1

- Description of the Licensing model

- Getting to know the development environment

- Description and handling of zenon Engineering Studio and zenon Service Engine

- Basic structure of a project and work area

- Configuration of Drivers, Data Types and Variables

- Application of zenon Functions

- Explanation of the screen and templates, as well as the various screen elements and symbols

Day 2
- Detailed presentation of system messages with the Chronological Event List

- Explanation of alarm management with the Alarm Message List

- Getting to know the different screen types and their application

- Description and configuration of the User Administration module

- Introduction to Standard Recipes

Day 3

- Introduction to archiving and processing data backup

- Explanation of the zenon network and remote transport
